Not specifically a Drupal conference, though I would expect to see some Boston area Drupal folk there.
I've attended 2 of the previous 3 BarCamps in Boston (had to miss the one during the giant snowstorm) and there's often lots of material which would be of interest to this audience, both about Drupal and also just more generically.
