can we start providing an interface for webinars
that linux can use? There are so many webinars I would like to be a part of but am limited by my operating system(?)
If nothing else maybe we can offer slides or pdfs or archived formats that can be viewed by linux systems.
Need for Linux/Mac/Win web conferencing solution
We would love to have a true cross platform web conferencing / meeting solution. We have experimented with a wide variety of systems and have yet to find the right solution. If you find one, let us know and we will see what we can do to make it happen. Until then we continuing to make use of the G2M time donated by WebEnabled. We then take the WMV files and run them through a slow transcoding process before making them available via http://DrupalDojo.com. Most sessions are available, complete with slide stacks and other resources or references, in the DrupalDojo archive.
trying again after DrupalCon
Hey gang,
No dojo today. Sorry for the last minute cancel. We had some conflicting schedules pop up.
We're going to hit this topic AFTER DrupalCon.
NOTE : I will be heading up a very special session at DrupaCon with Jacob Redding of the DA http://denver2012.drupal.org/schedule/community-leaders-meeting
While there I will be inviting community leaders to join us on a Dojo podcast on the topic of recording sessions at camps and user group meetings.
Wait for it!
