Hi Jacine and Skinr Group,
Is there a screencast that explains the set-up of Skinr on Drupal 7 that you've come across?
The main barrier to entry (and I guess testing) is that many people have trouble even installing Skinr. The docs on skinr.org and via Skinr Advanced Help, seem to be conflicting and confusing.

Has anyone found a requirements list on the skinr? .... Im about to install it as well and this is somewhat confusing.

Skinr 7.x-2.x has no dependencies.
If you want it to work for panels, you'll need to enable skinr_panels module (included), which depends on panels. If you want to use context with Skinr, enable skinr_context which depends on context.
That's pretty much it.
Advanced help is only used with the 6.x versions of Skinr.
7-Step Process for Skinr
On this link (http://skinr.org/how-it-works-7-steps), it shows the 7 steps to initialize Skinr 7.x
My question is this ... what file am I to open and what directory would it be located in?
Please help! Thanks!

When referring .module, if your module is called 'custom', then we're talking about custom.module.
When referring to the theme's .info file, if your theme is called 'pretty', look for pretty.info in your theme's directory.
Screencast on Archive.org
Hi Guys,
I realise this topic was started a while ago, but I've been looking into Skinr for the Arctica theme lately. I've found a screencast on Archive.org, from Drupalcon SF 2010 (presented by Jacine and Bala), which gives people a rundown of what Skinr is and how it works:

Here's another video on what Skinr is, but the one above is probably a bit better. The screen is hard to see and the volume is a bit low for the presenters:

That's about all I've found for videos of Skinr on its own. There's quite a few videos on Skinr + (insert your theme here) on Vimeo and the like, as an example, here's one for Skinr + AdaptiveThemes.
I hope this helps :) If I find any more I'll be sure to add them :)
