More Noob help, please...?
Trying to specify a "Display date Format" in the Storm Contrib Settings and the drop down menu for this setting and the one for "System Date Format" are empty.
Where am I going wrong?

With a fresh drupal installation I can confirm this bug now and will start working on it.
