The prototype was designed around the following story line: https://gist.github.com/4cb3d31f4dbfcedbfe96
These are a few actions of few given users from the their perspective. The most important part of prototype is the preview bar. This bar is what will be used to interact with both the review mode and the preview mode.

Great work
I love the simplicity and ease that this has. The one thing that I think it's lacking is a visual abstraction of the workflow states (swimlanes). As soon as the content author or the editor begins to accumulate any number of nodes in a variety of states they will both need a high level overview to make sense of it all.

This "prototype" assumes you
This "prototype" assumes you are using workbench. Many of the different workflow screens are dependent on what workflow module you are using.
The workflow toolbar is a unified toolbar which will provide integration points to the different workflow modules.
