The Drupal Association has secured Drupal a table at OSCon in the new Projects Pavilion. There may be a full pass or two involved, but I'm pretty sure all volunteers will have full access to the Pavilion (but not necessarily the presentations).
Let me know how much time you could commit to the table in the comments below and please sign up.

I can help just about anytime the 16th or 17th. After that I'm gone for a training.

I'm in, too
I think the 17th and 18th will be my most open days, but I might be able to manage some time other days, too.
Should we do the time-slot sign-up idea that Sarah P. had?
Me too! Second the time-slot
Me too! Second the time-slot idea. That's how it worked last year right?
Melissa, what was that
Melissa, what was that amazing time slot signup app you've had me sign up for things a few times in the past? It would be perfect for this.
Doodle
The app is doodle, http://www.doodle.com/, but I've typically used a Google spreadsheet for scheduling the booth, had people make commitments to slots (at least two people per slot) as they're able.
Thanks, DyanneNova!
I'll be working the OSL
I'll be working the OSL booth, but should be able to fill in shifts on short notice since I'll be onsite pretty much the whole time.
Google Spreadsheet
I made up a Google spreadsheet if anyone wants to use it until something better is posted.
Feel free to edit, I just tossed in 2 hour time slots to start.

Free Exhibit Passes
Thanks for all of you that have signed up to work the Drupal table at OSCON! I'm the marketing person at the DA and will bring signage and literature. I'll have a few booth passes too, but most of you will probably only need the exhibit-only passes.
But this is open to all whether you work the booth or not:
We've been given a discount code for unlimited free Expo Hall Only passes for our community: Use code: FREEORG when registering for the Expo Hall Only pass and it will zero out the $25.00 balance. You can register at: http://post.oreilly.com/rd/9z1z2seufjjueppan4t652l0srum62bdludp2kskm8g

I'll be there a little bit too, with baby drupaler wrapped of course. :) Thanks Marta for heading this up!

Note I'm planning on being there on Thursday mid day, but am not signing up for a slot due to unpredictable baby syndrome.

Help! We need folks on the 19th
So far, we have nobody to man the booth in the slots between 10 AM and 2 PM on Thursday, the 19th.

The time zone does look kind of like a venue city ... alas, there's no choice on the list for Portland or a generic UTC -8:00 style.

19th! Yay!
It appears that I'll be in PDX on the 19th and I'll have a little time to play around with, so I can fill in those two very red time slots. Might be able to make it on the 18th, but not sure. Is there an orientation kit?

No orientation kit, but if you can't drop by on the 18th, either you will be working with someone experienced, or someone, possibly me, will come by and help open the booth.
Thanks!
Sounds good. Hope to make it
Sounds good. Hope to make it on the 18th, but can't guarantee it as of yet.
Volunteer Packet
Here's a volunteer packet with some helpful information and this year's info. Let me know if you have questions, or have any trouble accessing. Thanks and awesome job everyone on bringing this together!!

Thanks, Sarah
I had no problem accessing this, and the guidelines and schedule are helpful!
OSCON volunteer update
Thank you so much for refreshing the volunteer packet Sarah! Just an update, as I was just there putting up the banner - I was able to register everyone on the spreadsheet through the Exhibitor desk. Also, they are fine if everyone shares the full conference pass. It is under Mike Nielson's name, so feel free to pass it around.
Also, wear your Drupal t-shirts! I will have a small stash of Drupal blue shirts for those that work in the booth if you prefer, but not a lot of size choices. Most of all have fun and spread the good word about Drupal! See you guys on the first shift tonight at 4:45pm - 6pm.

You're a few months late to the OSCon thread, which makes your comment seem very spam-like. However, if you are not spam and are actually interested in a shirt, you can purchase one here: https://association.drupal.org/membership/shirt
