So here's a different homepage layout I've been toying with for a little while now. WHat do you guys think? I'd like to create another page like this with some more user-specific info too, if we can. Let's discuss what's missing and what we like so far.

Is it possible to post a block of short cuts to our groups wiki, latest posts and FAQ's? That would be helpful. I would also like to see a NEWBIE or NOOB starters guide that has an intro to this San Diego Group and a few FAQ's to help a new person jump in and use Drupal.
