Looking for resumes

My company - Forward Support - is looking to build its capacity when it comes to Drupal development. We have some larger projects we are currently in the process of bidding for, and if we get them we'll need to hire on some contractors for those projects. Until now it's primarily been me doing all the work.

As such, we're looking for resumes from people who can do either/both front-end and back-end Drupal working, including:

Themes & subthemes
Module creation
Views & Panels
Graphic design (creating themes in Photoshop/Illustrator from scratch based on branding information)

I didn't want to post this under "jobs" since it isn't a specific job as of yet; however, we need the ability to hire on right away once we get one of these projects.
