Accessing files on the server

How can I download my website files from the server? I want to create a mirror site on people's site at Harvard.

I'm trying to download all the files related to my website from the server where it is currently stored and then place those files on another server at Harvard. I wish to have a mirror site for my current openscholar website. Thanks!
