DrupalCamp Portland Needs

DrupalCamp Portland is next weekend, October 9th -11th and we're still looking for help with the following things:

  • Projectors to use (Screens would be great!)
  • Routers with DD-WRT
    Additionally, we're looking for:
  • Volunteers for set up on Friday, for both social hour and session adding to the website
  • Volunteers for take down on Sunday
    We know we don't have enough people to do this as it is, so if you're interested, we'd really appreciate it.

Additionally, we're still looking for sponsors.

Thanks to Network Redux, we'll have chairs to sit in, and everything else is pulling together.

DD-WRT router

I got a WRT54GS v5 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/19/09) micro (SVN revision 12319), lemme know if this can be of use I'd be happy to borrow it out, but I cannot give `er away unfortunately... it's my little baby =)

I will be there saturday and sun, sorry I cant make it Friday, so I am not sure if this will still be of use?

let me throw out this question = I am sad non-owner of a laptop, and wondering if there will be any computers that will be setup for those of us without portable laptops/workstations? any thoughts/suggestions... I will bring a notepad, but it ... just ... isn't ... the .... same =(

Routers et al

Sweet! I think we're probably good with 3 routers, and yes, you'll get them back.

At this point in time, I don't believe any workstations are available at the venue, but it's always worth asking around to see if someone has a backup laptop they'd be willing to let you use.

We're still looking for help with setup - takedown.
