Drupal/business website developers

Hi, I'm not a business person, nor am I familiar with developing a website aside from having had other people develop a website and I'm going to be registering a website based business soon, in consideration of a website I've been having built for about 3 years. Firstly, I'd like to apologize if what I'm presenting isn't appropriate for discussion in the Discussion area Group. Secondly, I'm generally not capable of taking care of the details of a website based business responsibly while the idea sounded like too much fun not to do it and I've adopted a business model that allows a group of people interested setting-up a business team, CEO; Marketing, Website Management and so on, for Independent Contractors interested in establishing equity in the business until a profit is made.

The website is modeled after the worlds most popular, popular culture, entertainment, television venue of which includes dynamic social networking and fundraising features along with an entertainment oriented media contact feature of which entertainment serves as a meeting place for people too figure out how to help save the world together, in leu of the name of the website; www.letssavetheworldtogether.org. Or, explained more fully, it's a way to involve people in Global Healing endeavors and correspondence, among other things, including the Entertainment feature, of which I'm not going to describe aside from vaguely now.

I'll be establishing the business with 1 billion stock shares, of which 80% will be sold in consideration of fundraising different projects, initial stock value at one ten-thousandths of a penny and also a unique customized feature includes a dynamic sponsorship feature in reference to different projects and endeavors which somewhat ends up as an organizational feature in which the draw of entertainment and creativity is intended too in-sight and inspires people to help save the world together.

I'm hoping this brief interests some people in the project/business. I'm hoping to find about 3 developers who are interested in helping with further developments in the website, in they're spare time, a minimum of 20 hours a month for starters up too full time.
