Florida DrupalCamp 2010 Current Task Status
We're looking for additional volunteers to help us plan and execute Florida DrupalCamp 2010. Here's how you can help:
- Suggest or submit a session
- Help Sponsor the Camp - contact Mike
- Spread the word. Sample emails and press releases coming soon.
- Name Tags/Registration - we're looking for some volunteers to create the name tags and handle the registration desk at the Camp. Note: Ryan (@liberatr) has a bunch of nametags with plastic holders and pin-backs from last year, and EventBrite has a function to print out name badges to a number of standard-sized templates. Also, I think Huey from CFCS said his group will be sending some volunteers along.
- Food/Drink - we're looking for some volunteers to help find a local eatery that will help us provide lunch, snacks, and drinks to all the campers.
- Session Recording - Charles is looking for help in recording all the sessions to video.
- Day 2 non-profit code sprint - we're looking for volunteers to help organize the day. Tasks include matching seasoned developers with newbies, task breakdown, and helping to choose a non-profit organization.
If you're interested in helping out with or any task above that is still looking for volunteers, please edit the full planning wiki notes with your name and what you're willing to do. Be sure to add your info to the bottom of the page. Thanks!
