Move mySQL DB to EBS

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Can someone please provide some instruction for how to move the db to an ebs?

Assuming:

  1. Create an EBS
  2. Move db from usr/share/mysql to ebs
  3. Update location in settings.php

Anything else?
