Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I've convert Nokia Mobile Web Templates to Drupal themes.
Please play them around for test : )

It's not AD. I'd contribute them to Drupal community if Nokia's agrees.
I think there will be no problem to use and modify now.

Hi,

This is a great contribution. I have tried your website and the nokia template on my android. Currently everything looks greate except that 'User login' overlaps with the main menu (the main menu takes up two lines).

Btw, it can be interesting to have a look at Mobile Tools (or maybe you already had a look at it?).

Further I see that images are not transcoded so let me know if you would be interested in using our transcoding engine (http://www.siruna.com and http://composer.siruna.com).

In case you want to experiment more with mobile drupal (besides the Nokia templates) you can try out or newly launched mobilization service: http://www.osmobi.com

Let me know what you think!

Hi,
great news, I am sorry I have not seen your post earlier. I have worked with Nokia and we are about to release an official theme that they have approved. I am waiting for access to CVS and once that is granted the theme will be completely open source (GPL), which means contributions and enhancements are more than welcome.

You can look at my work in its current status on my blog, I posted it there while waiting for approval from drupal.org site managers: http://blog.trasatti.it/2009/12/drupal-nokia-templates-great-mobile.html

The theme works together with the Mobile Plugin and has already integrated basic device detection to serve either low-end or high-end design.

Your feedback is very welcome.
