I am ASSuming that "Community Site Plan" means planning a site for the Milwaukee Drupal Community.
The progression of topics makes good sense. Perhaps 1-2 and/or 3 could be covered on one MKE Drupal Community "Jump-start" Evening!
I can't wait for the PHP for Drupal night. I just want to know enough PHP to do basic/essential site mods.
If you want to do a hands-on meeting in a downtown classroom/lab with 20 computers (21 with instructor) let me know. I think my colleague from the S. Campus can set something up there too.

I would be happy to lead a lab on drupal for php.
At the next meeting, I would like to spend 10 minutes setting up everyone in the room with a drupal.org account. This is one of the first steps in creating a geocentric drupal community.
After that, I would enjoy doing a visual inventory of the questions and topic that people are interested in. We would build a mind map in real time and group similar interests together, which would give us all a visual map of the types of content we want to cover.
I was also thinking that we might want to do Drupal meetups twice a month to get started, since we have so much momentum and energy (interested people, etc).
