Glad to find other Drupal users in the area - New member intro

I'm a Willowick, Ohio-based Drupal user. I started learning/using Drupal in March of '09. For the past 5 years, I have been using a proprietary ASP CMS at my day job, but find Drupal to be a much more powerful and efficient way to manage content.

In particular, I find Views, path auto, CCK and Tokens to be a God-send.

Just wanted to say hi to all the fellow Northeast Ohio Drupal-ers.

Are you interested in forming a Drupal group here in Northeast Ohio? I am a beginning independent Drupal developer here in Lakewood and want to get involved with a group or start a group here. Do you know of many developers working with Drupal in our area?

I watched most of it with Twitterfall and almost all of it is already uploaded to Internet Archive http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=subject:%22DrupalCon%202010%22.

Hey all!

DrupalCon still has me tingling with inspiration too.

I'm definitely interested in getting together, and have been in contact with a number of people over the past couple years who are as well -- just emailed someone yesterday who was asking the same.... it's ripe!

I can reach out to the folks who have registered on http://DrupalCleveland.info, as well as folks from some local Web Design/Dev Meetup groups...

The 4 of us here are spread out.
I'm pretty biased, but my vote is for a meeting place in Cleveland proper. How does that sit with you all?

I'll wait for the verdict to come in from the others. I think this is the time to really get on board or go home. Ride the wave so to speak. I think it can be a very fun and profitable wave.

I would much rather see some place like Independence, where we can pick up some Akron area Druplers, and is a little more central to the region, than against the lake.
