Hello there. I opened up another group for Training which I hope will be a better place to discuss training opportunities and connect students to training sessions and more. If this is redundant, then please share your thoughts. Thanks!

The Curriculum group is rather quiet- so I don't think an additional group is appropriate. Curriculum could be renamed something like "Training and Curriculum" if you think the group name is not clear?

That would certainly work for me, as long as some group could be identified as the place to go when seeking to learn Drupal skills. I had also hoped to separate discussions and announcements from trainers (like me) from other discussions, even curriculum topics, since they aren't quite in the same vein.

Can you clarify? The Drupal Dojo is already (I think) the place to go to learn Drupal .
I'd see a group like Curriculum or "Training and Curriculum" as a place to discuss how to teach Drupal skills- especially in a class/meetup/offline setting.
Same same but different
Learning and teaching really should be one and the same. There is no other place within the Drupal forums or Groups to host a trainer/learner kind of discussion, I mean, this group is it. The Drupal Dojo is an excellent place to learn, certainly, but its problematic to send people off-site to look for that material.

That group was merged with the Curriculum group and then deleted- hence the name change of this group to "Curriculum and Training".
