As I begin to take the plunge into independent drupal design/development, I'm realizing how much more efficient I'd be if I could work with/learn from others 'on the job'. Having said that, I'd be very interested in working with developer(s)/firms who may either need help on their projects and/or would like to take on new projects. I currently could cover most roles from basic site configuration, theming, and other low level development. As an active member of the Drupal community (including the Drupal Dojo), I'm able to quickly seek out solutions and pick up additional skills with a little bit of guidance along the way.
If there's anyone looking for support and/or collaboration, please drop me a line.

I may have some projects in July. I can't guarantee it, but it seems likely.

Same goes for me, actually.
I'm pretty much in the same boat as Gus (almost exactly in fact). I'm looking to expand my knowledge of what is possible and how via on-the-job learning. I'm taking the Drupal book on holiday (wtf) so I might actually read it at some point...
Currently I'm adding bits to modules and docs willy-nilly, and making sites with what I've already learnt, but the pace of this learning is restricted by the smaller jobs that I'm currently working on. I would like this to speed up somewhat.
At the moment I'm working out of Nottingham, England. I guess I would be happy to work remotely, but might get my ass to SoCal or somewhere if there's enough cash to cover the cost of the trip... I suppose that might be a bit of a pipe-dream, but hey. Gotta shoot high! :)
