I don't know if this is up anyone's alley or not, as it isn't Drupal per se, but there's a podcamp on new/social media-type things happening this weekend in TO. (I mentioned it to a few people at the meeting; thought would post the link just in case anyone is interested in that sort of thing, since it seems like there might be some overlap with the things that people do with Drupal. I'm going to give it a whirl, lack-of-blizzards permitting :)
