Howdy folks,
It's about time for another Denver Drupal Meetup.
This meeting will be an intro to module development. Don't let that scare you away though if you're not a coder. Module development is fun for the whole family - and easy too. It can really unlock some pieces of Drupal that just can't be modified any other way.
So...here's the vital information:
Subject: Drupal, Q&A, Module Intro
Location: the Denver Open Media offices (Google map)
On 7th street Between Santa Fe and Kalamath. Some parking available in the alley or across the street (do NOT park directly in front of the building). Go into the Micro Business Development building and DenverOpenMedia's offices are up the stairs.
Audience:Anyone who is interested in Drupal or has used it before.
Time: We'll get started at 6:30 PM and at 8:30 the meeting moves down the street to 471 S. Santa Fe (2$ pint night).
The folks at Denver Open Media have been generous enough to let us use their space. Please be sure not to park directly in front of the building, but in the alley behind it or across the street.

I have been working with Drupal for about 3 months now. I plan on coming to the meeting on the 19th. I really look forward to meeting everyone!
quick followup
I just wanted to add one more comment here to remind everyone about this event (and to give this a bump on the front page of the group).
As advertised, I plan to do some intro level coding in this meeting. I think a simple module that provides a callback, a nodeapi hook, and that re-orders elements in a form would be really useful to show how simple it can be to use a little bit of code to make Drupal really shine.
