Drupal Hyderabad Committee meeting on 10th April @ 10 AM at Swecha office

First of all, a great thank you to all who made this meet a success. Crucial decisions were made in this meet and one could find the amount of energy and enthusiasm in each member regarding the upcoming Workshop. Also we saw some new faces and were deeply encouraged by the level of interest in each individual to learn Drupal.

Speaker Guidelines/Points

1. Should not mention or use any proprietary software in the presentation/session(Can clear doubts regarding them)
2. Should submit the Presentation slides, reading material before 24th April 2010 for evaluation purposes
3. Reading material should not infringe any copyright issues, and should be picked from any free domain.
4. The session will be recorded and will be released under creative commons license or equivalent and will be hosted on archive.org
5. They should use GNU system for presention and demo purposes
6. Speakers for Beginner session should plan for a hands-on session and for the developer/themer session as a talk

Sponsors

1. It was proposed that sponsors can not only give a Jumbo pack, double gosht & single biryani level, they can also individually sponsor each criteria of the above mentioned Budget proposal.(For e.g. One can sponsor the whole food, or one can sponsor the video coverage, etc.)
2. Whatever sponsor fund collected, will not only fund the workshop but also for the future activities of Drupal Hyderabad. So they get a great chance to represent Drupal Hyderabad throughout the year.
3. Also Individual sponsors can sponsor any amount of money without getting any benefits.
