The last meeting before the workshop. Lot of things to be discussed and finalize.

I would request all of you to attend the meeting without fail.

@others.. There is a lot in store for you. You will get a chance to meet the exciting drupal devs of hyderabad and also experience the process of conducting a workshop along with us.

Thanks to all who attended the meet and helped on deciding crucial decisions. we celebrated the birthday of sarath, who is one of the drupallite.

Attending:
asifnoor, medhu, ratnamala,ipsita, hari, sarath, siva, rama krishna, srujan.

regrets:
rahman, jvs murthy, udaya, aruna, mahesh, rama raju, sandeep, roshan, asiq.

Minutes:
1.Finalised the sponsorship
2. Finalised to have some tin badges
3. Made some decisions in portal design
4. Ended up with a decision of having four banners
One for multi use ( with no logos of the companies)
one near the entrance
One for the sessions and another for handson sessions
5. Decided to have a t-shirt for organisers and one common t-shirt for all.
6. sharing of responsibilities among ourselves in the following way:
--> Venue and food - srujan and sarath
--> Transportation - sandeep and mahesh
--> Registration coordinates - hari, srujan, sandeep, sudeep, roshan, rehman, raghunath, ganesh, bharadwaj, madhu, kiran.
--> Badges and all forms of priniting( includes handsout, banners, posters) - hari
--> Sessions and scheduling - ratna
--> Validatory function and introduction - sarath
--> Media coverage - Medhamsh
--> Video & Photos - sreekar
--> cultural activities - hari
--> Budget and accounts - siva
--> Campaigning - asifnoor in twiter, cocordinates for colleges
--> Portal - ipsita, siva
--> Guests - Srujan
--> Sponsors - ipsita and rama krishna
7. Transportation is yet to be finalised in a couple of days.
