Changing user's role when node is created?

Hello, I am wondering if Workflow-ng can do this:

• A user creates a node
• Upon node creation, the user's role is changed

Stated differently, can Workflow-ng change the role of a user after they create a node?

I'm guessing it's possible, but I'm not sure how.
