Building Drupal site

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there's any chance that the local Drupal Community is interested in adopting the project I've been working on? Please, don't get me wrong, I'm 45, college educated and willing to withdraw my participation here if I'm considered inappropriate concerning my request.

To make a long story short, I was diagnosed "hypomanic" at age 27, worked as a Psychiatric Counselor on locked psychiatric wards for five years, was homeless in '02 and '03, currently live on disability, and when I finally gained a disability income I was paid for the 2.5 years or so that I was assessed to have been disabled for without disability support, because this country of our is awesome like that in some ways. So, I've spent about 18K of that money to build a web site that I have little to show for, because I'm not very good at focusing, in terms of learning how to learn about computers and web sites, and I have about 20K left to complete the project.

The thing is, I started to talk to beings in the nonphysical realms in August of '05, or I have auditory hallucinations if you prefer, and I asked them about Global Warming and I've been guided to make the web site I'm speaking about. The second version can be found here: www.letssavetheworldtogether.org. Presently, I've contracted with a web site development company to make a third version. It's a few months behind schedule, the owner of the company put a new person on the project and a large part of the problem is that I have difficulty articulating what I've "envisioned". Anyway, I interact/speak with between about 100 and 3,000 beings a day, some are supportive of the project and some not so much, for different reasons.

I'm sharing this because I haven't found myself to be able to focus enough to learn, along with communicate, in a professional business manner. When I get a caring considerate response like I have from cyberswat, I get frustrated because I used to be able to focus on seemingly normal tasks and look into things as suggested. Believe me I've been trying for about 18 months now, to learn how to make a web site. I'm on vacation 24/7 more or less with a fifth grade allowance or something like that, more than enough time to learn. Please believe me that I'd study if I was able to.

I wrote a 21 page site description in response to the frustrations of the credible web site design company's difficulty in fulfilling the contract based on the challenges I have articulating what I'm hoping for. Most of the ideas of the site I've "envisioned" include thought processes with beings who have, on the whole, contributed to grooming 100% of the ideas of the awesome site I've "envisioned", in concept. While, it's difficult for people to decipher that I have difficulty communicating, I just seem odd or something and it seems as it's easy for people to choose to ignore me, rather that deal, while to me, I don't seem that bad. Maybe it's me who prefers isolation? Is there any chance anyone is interested in meeting, reading those 21 pages and helping me technically detail a site description that is decipherable and complete so I can get the site completed in a way where it's a working site?

Please know, I'm lacking in some social skills, I tend to laugh at things that generally aren't considered funny by others and I'm also a channel, and the beings I work with like talking to people through me sometimes. It's sort of like, I've gotten beyond begging for money and people generally don't understand how important and heart felt it is for people in my situation to receive a little help, it really does go a long way, if you don't mind me being a little of a spokes person in hopes of sharing and shedding a little light on how a little help makes a big difference. If you get me going and I've had a few, I can be quite an Evangelist for the disadvantaged.

I'd greatly appreciate being pointed in, so I know I'm pointed in the right direction.
