Dublin GTUG - Google Technology Users Group

A Dublin GTUG (Google Technology Users Group) was recently formed, the first meeting was held last month, and there is one on this month, at 18:30 on Tuesday 31st August in Google's Dublin office. Full disclosure: I am one of the organisers of the Dublin GTUG.

What is a GTUG I hear you say. A GTUG is a meeting where developers interested in Google technology can come along, chat about problems they have, share the solutions they have come across, and meet some interesting people. This month we will have a talk about the Android Scripting Environment and a demo too. We will also have a discussion that will cover [briefly] all the Google APIs and products with the aim of finding out what people are using and what problems they are having.

So, if you want to learn about Google tech, get some pizza, or just see the inside of Google's Dublin office, you should come along. More info on the next meeting is posted in the Google group.
