To become a supporting member of the Drupal BE association a small fee should be paid, mainly to cover the working costs of the VZW / ASBL. The fee for individual members should be kept low to give everyone an opportunity to show their support.
An organisation, company or Drupal service provider will also be able to support the association by paying an organisation membership fee.
- The proposed personal membership fee is 10 euro per year.
- The proposed organisation membership fee is 100 euro per year.
- Board / permanent members are not required to pay the annual fee.
(This proposed motion is based on the discussion that took place during the first online meeting on sept. 15th)
Note:
Since the statutes only require to have a global maximum membership fee, I propose to set this maximum fee higher than the real organisation membership fee proposed here, so we don't have to change the statutes if we want to increase membership fees in the future.
I propose to put the maximum at 500 euros per year.
People having more knowledge regarding associations should confirm if this might pose any problems...

That looks very reasonable to me.
One thing that does strike me as odd is that board and permanent members would be exempt from the membership fee. To me, board and permanent members are just like regular members. They just voluntarly decide to contribute more time to the cause.
I'd also suggest to up the membership fee a bit (15 €) and then offer a discount to students (for example, 7.5 €) to encourage (or to not discourage) younger people to get involved.
