I'd like to have an opening session called "Drupal is" that's three presentations + discussion.
1. Drupal as an open source project - a history.
2. Drupal as a CMS - out-of-the-box perfection.
3. Drupal as an application framework - unimaginable applications.

Case Studies

Killer case study? A case study of (a) Drupal project(s) that showcases the work of local talent.

Theming showcase or case study. Taking a design from idea to full blown theme?

Flash

I'd like to see a session on strategies for integrating Flash and Drupal. It could include discussion of basic Flash embedding using modules like Flash Node and SWFTools, and then move on to deeper integration by actually passing data between the two by using things like Services/AMFPHP.

Drupal Project Management

There was a presentation in Boston like this. I'm interested in hearing others' experiences of the non-technical part of creating web sites with Drupal - things like requirements gathering, technical plans, collaboration, Q&A, follow-up, evaluation, etc.
