Drupal -IE7 - Javascript Slow Issue

Here is my page:

http://ok.gov/sde/website-z-guide

On IE7 and 8 it will not load completely, get popup message stating javascript is running to slow. I know it has something to do with the length of page as other pages load fine, something in IE is parsing that whole page over and over I think..I've tried various things by turning off jcarousel and rotating-banner, but still get the same message.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I know Drupal and IE7 and 8 don't get along, but wondering if anyone else had this issue on longer pages.

Thanks.

Drupal 7 + Authorize.net

I was wondering if anyone in the group has/is using Authorize.net as a payment gateway in their Drupal 7 set-up. The website I'm building is not a commerce website so the Drupal Commerce module is not the best fit (at least that I can see). I need Authorize.net to handle donations and bill payments but it seems like the majority of modules that deal with payments (Pay module, authorize.net module, donation module, etc.) are all still in early development.

What are some solutions that you have used? I'd love to hear some suggestions!

Thanks!

Marinella Theme - Banner Setup

Okay, since I am still kind of new to the drupal world I hope I explain this correctly...

We had a custom theme built and it was based somewhat on the Marinella theme from Drupal (Drupal 7).
The company that did this kind of took what they needed to build our custom template and removed the Banner portion to put something else in its place.

I am wanting to put the Banner portion back into our custom theme and orient accordingly.

I have it fixed to where I can add banners via the theme on the admin side, but I cannot figure out why they are not rendering to the page.
