Rhode Island
Rhode Island may be a tiny state, but Drupal is large enough to have Rhode Islanders. We do not yet have any formal meet ups, but we are trying to arrange informal get-togethers so we can meet our fellow Drupalers in the state and work out a plan for more regular formal meet ups. Meetings are currently adhoc, so keep an eye on this group for when we'll next try to meet.
Our other source of Drupal company is the Boston group which caters to all of Massachusetts and occasionally has meetings close to Rhode Island.

Hello from PVD
Hey guys my name is Amanda, I have been working with Drupal on my own for a bit over a year now so I am definitely a newbie. I have been a member here for a while but have just lurked in the shadows.
I'm not sure if I have met some of you - I was at the Design 4 Drupal camp a few months back and was at the Lullabot training here. I am also related to Jacine on here and d.o who did the Sky theme and is involved with the Skinr module...

MetroWest Drupal Meetup VII
If you pay attention to stuff, (and you probably do because you're reading this) you may be thinking "Hey wait, Agaric didn't host a drupal meetup in june!" and you'd be right about that, but now you know why we threw in the extra one back in february (http://groups.drupal.org/node/19220), although you probably knew that was the reason way back then, and were just waiting to see which month it was that we chose to skip...
Well, now you know, and knowing is half the battle
Lullabot Drupal Workshops in Providence, RI
The Lullabot team is coming to Providence for another round of Drupal workshops, June 8th through 12th. They'll be taking place at the Biltmore Hotel. If you or anyone you know is looking for some Drupal learnin', here's your chance! The week includes both our Module Development Workshop and our Drupal Theming and jQuery Workshop, and you can sign up for both workshops to save some money on each.
You can find out more information about these and other Lullabot training events at http://www.lullabot.com/training
We're looking forward to meeting you!
Lullabot Is In Town - Drupal Meetup in Providence on Tuesday June 9th
The Lullabot team will be in June 8th through the 13th teaching a week of Drupal workshops at the Providence Biltmore Hotel. We've got a nice space reserved and a bunch of out-of-town workshop attendees who would love to meet the great Providence/Boston Drupal community. So as we usually do when we're in town, we're organizing a Drupal Meetup on Tuesday June 9th! We'll have a cash bar, snacks, and a video projector and sound system. These events are always a good time.

THIS Wednesday MetroWest Drupal Meetup at Natick Library
My esteemed colleague of Drupal meetup etiquette fame booked a room in our usual hangout, the Morse Institute Library at 14 East Central Street, downtown Natick by the Common, a block from the MBTA stop.
And then he never posted about it here. Or told his Agaric colleagues either. But the meetup is officially on now!
On the topic agenda:
- Communication in a web collective
- Timeliness in all things
- The measured use of sarcasm in posts

So I made my first attempt at a screencast. It's pretty simple and straight forward - I hope someone finds it useful. It just goes through activating fbconnect and twitter modules. I also go over some of the basic feature/function to get you up and running asap. Enjoy!
MetroWest Drupal Meetup
Throughout the years, many awesome things have happened on April 16th. In 1922, Annie Oakley set a record by breaking 100 clay targets in a row. In 1939, the Boston Bruins beat Toronto Maple Leafs to win the Stanley Cup. In 1940, the 1st baseball game was televised. In 1956 the 1st solar powered radios went on sale. In 1972, 2 giants pandas arrived in U.S. from China.

Looking to barter for in-person Drupal tutoring
Greetings -
I am a brand-new Drupal user who is working with my other 3 brand-new-Drupal-user co-workers to take on finishing the development of our new website now that we have had staff shrink due to the economy. And it's past time for me to learn how to do this stuff!!!
We're a grassroots advocacy group (current antiquated site: www.champnetwork.org) fighting for better HIV/AIDS policies in the United States. We are also a member of May First People Link (www.mayfirst.org)
I'm interested in bartering for Drupal tutoring and support as we plunge into this exciting endeavor...
Feedback on a custom contact form
Looking for some help/ideas on a custom contact form. Webform displays a token %title to pass, what i'm assuming is, the node title. However, it dosn't seem to be working correctly. I've posted a support question on the project page. So i'm looking to pass either the node title or node url of a webform that I have embedded in a block on said node.
Has anyone acheived passing custom tokens/arguments in a webform? Even further any luck passing custom cck fields in a webform or just a standard node that dosn't get published but e-mail via actions/triggers?
Any help would be appreciated.
Fourth sort-of-monthly MetroWest Massachusetts Meetup at Morse Institute Library in Natick
Right now you are probably asking yourself, "Why two Metrowest drupal meetups in one month?" Or maybe you are asking yourself, "Wait, what first meetup?" "Um, the one that was announced two days ahead of time," we confess, using advanced mind control (a soon-to-be-released Drupal module) to interrupt your internal monologue. To which you reply, "Just how much attention do you think anyone pays to you?"
Drupal Providence meetup in 09
Holidays are soon to wind down and the new year will be upon us. Shall we start planning the first meetup of 09? Discuss!
