drupal developer for project for startup company

We are a young and dynamic company in Germany create joined social space for working and living togther in Germany. We want to create a website, community platform and booking system for the facilities that we are renting out. We are looking for a freelance developer who can do the initial development and setup of the portal and then continue with regular maintenance.
This will be a freelance position which can be fully executed from a home or office in serbia.
One or two visits to Germany may be wishfull but are not necessary.
