theme problems

hello fellow filipino's

can i ask for help.. ive got drupal installed already im using WAMP

ive used joomla before pero nahihirapan ako gamitin sa totoo lng
i have average skills in php so.. nhirapan ako..

hmm.. actually ang problem ko lang naman kasi eh yun theme
i need a really good tutorial i cant figure out the theme scheme ng drupal

ive read the drupal.org pero parang di ko nagets hahah (slow.)

can anybody futherly explain how am i going to do it..
