Real Estate Fine Tuning Questions

I am building a real estate page to my HOA. I have the CCK fields built and the view is looking good (Thanks Garrett), but I am missing some things I hope someone can help. Can someone point me in the best direction?
1). Advanced Search - I have exposed filters for searching, but how do some sites implement an "Advanced Search" button that displays even more exposed filters to users?
