We're looking for a Drupal developer for full or part-time work.

We have two sites that need to be developed over the next four months or so, and we're interested in speaking with people who are interested in either full or part-time.

If full-time, we can continue to develop the sites past that time period, and we'd also be interested in exploring some mobile opportunities if that's an interest of yours.

The sites are very much along the lines of our existing site, http://www.29secrets.com.

A question about exposed filters and vocabularies

Hi,

It was great to be in DUG-TO first time. I am quite new to Drupal. But I am enjoying working on Drupal.

For some time I have been researching to solve one of the problems. I have posted it on Drupal Answers here is the link:

http://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/21181/filter-vocabulary-from-v....

Could someone give me some ideas how to resolve this.

Thanks

handling language dependent domain names

CIRA, the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, is moving to implement internationalized domain names that will support a few accented characters common in French.

We see more and more organizations that want to have their domain name reflect their organization name and brand as localized in various languages, such as xfoundation.ca and fondationx.ca.

DrupalCamp Toronto 2012

Happy New Year...

Last fall there was some discussion about holding the 2012 DrupalCamp in May. The key reasons were that there would be affordable venues (ie. universities) and it would be possible to do the usual Friday/Saturday split (no conflict with classes).

If we do want to go for May, we'll need to start planning right away--things were a little rushed last year.

January Meetup Topics

Hey Everyone - Hope you're all keeping well during the holiday rush time.

I was hoping to get on the schedule for the Jan meetup to present on Responsive /Adaptive Web Design (before I get sucked in the holiday vortex and wake up in 2012).

I'm not sure if posting it to the group is the place to request a spot. (I vaguely recall seeing a google doc at some point). Anyways let me know if I should post the request somewhere else.

Cheers!

Restore a site to initial installation?

    Hi

Well I've messed up my D7 site (drupal.stirlingfestivaltheatre.com) and I don't know how to fix it. Something to do with menus, I think.

Anyway, can anyone tell me a reasonable way to restore the site to it's initial install state? Or do I have to re-install D7?

    Thanks, Jim

    Drupal for Facebook

Would like some help in getting Facebook Connect working. I've loaded the module (in D6), cut and paste what I thought was the right code from Facebook, but can't get authentication and login working.

Anyone able to help. I'm hoping it's just a couple of simple steps that I'm missing.

    Thanks,

    Modya
