Ryan Lum has been in IT recruitment since 1996 where he started in the Silicon Valley, and moved to the Pacific Northwest to work with Greythorn in 2006.
He succesfully operates in the Greater Puget Sound Area by going the ‘extra mile’ to uncover passive and available candidates locally and abroad who specialize in area specific skillsets in demand that others seek and have trouble locating.
As technology has evolved, Ryan has specialized and recruited for an array of skillsets in the past 15 years gaining an abundant network of professionals and respectively works with them repeatedly as the technology climates change. Doing so has given him the ability to grasp the diverse needs of each of his clients and the purpose of the roles he recruits for.
