Hey!
I'm Luís Pedro Costa Algarvio (aka LPCA), and I'm from Portugal..I have experience working on the Information Technologies industry for nearly uninterruptedly 3 years, usually having roles related with the web, such as playing as a Drupal Specialist, Web Developer and Linux Administrator... but recently i've been also working again in Project Management, and doing Customer Relations and IT support. I also have some history as an IT Field Technician.
I study and work in just about anything that IT covers and my hobbies are mostly related to IT, other technologies, electronics, history, culture, etc. I really like to study and invent, to which I'm pretty much addicted, as I am a compulsory self-learner :P
I enjoy walking, cycling a lot and being at open spaces in general, when there's good weather - which we have a lot in Portugal - and especially, nature, which I hold in respect and always try to protect.
Whenever I can, I also play some role in activist groups that stand by my principles and do my best to alert people to the problems they are against. Some of the principles I will always stand for, are freedom, open source, democracy, peace and sustainability.
