We are looking for full time developers to develop websites and platforms either from scratch or by implementing Open Source Systems like Drupal. Further, you will develop and maintain new modules for existing systems and actively work in the international open source community.

Drupal-jo.org is a developing resource to grow Jordan's Drupal Community. Group environment is very open – we discuss ideas, debug problems, and brainstorm current personal or client Drupal projects. Meet Ups will hopefully take place monthly at Princess Sumaya University and other locations. All skill levels are welcomed, please remember business cards.
ShooFeeTV & Jeeran Initiative
ShooFeeTV and Jeeran are working to in a private/public initiative, sector in association with the MOICT and INTAJ, to increase Drupal potential in Jordan and the region.
We will be holding a number of one-week training sessions in Drupal development during October 2009 in Amman-Jordan.
The sessions will be given Jacob Redding from the Drupal Association, who will be coming to Amman for that reason.

Palestine Activists Community
Hello all,
A few of us in the activist community trying to raise the profile of the Palestinian cause decided that we are way overdue a community website.
There are many organisations from Canada to Japan that are doing their thing trying to get more attention on the plight of the Palestinians.
However, all these efforts are completely disjointed and few people really know what's going on where.
So, this planned community hub/portal would do the following:
- connect activists/campaigners/interested people
- provide news (through feeds of useful websites)
