Las Vegas Group Meeting/Work Night

The next Las Vegas Drupal group meeting. Come if you can - we'll be working on Drupal stuff... another sort of work night/help each other session. Perhaps watch another video... Also, discuss plans for the Las Vegas Drupal website's future podcasts.

Jason, Elizabeth, and myself had a nice little meeting tonight at the house. We discussed some plans for the Las Vegas Drupal project website... Kind of solidified what plans were and talked about some implementation issues with the site.. module choices, that sort of thing. I shared the design comp I pieced together for the site, discussed some design issues, that sort of thing. Now all I have to do is - ahem - implement it in xhtml and css and then build the Drupal 6 theme... that's all hehe Anyhow I posted a little wrap up on the site over here..

Feel free to go ahead and create a user account on the site if you are interested in participating or have any ideas you would like to contribute. We're basically going to use the site as an extension of the groups.drupal.org/las-vegas group to help build up a more active community and share all sorts of resources, training, et cetera... (and you don't have to live in Las Vegas to participate - Las Vegas is surrounded by a lot of areas of people that are probably interested in Drupal but don't have a local group and the more, as they say, is merrier!)
