iTheme is one of the best GPL themes for drupal, the basic design is done by ndesign studio. because of consistent request from drupal comuunity . Today I ported this theme to D6 and ready for download

Thank you for adding another theme to choose from for Drupal 6.

Have you contacted the theme maintainer? Why not contribute it to the project itself as a release from http://drupal.org/project/itheme?
