(reposting my comments from this thread, specially my concerns on sticky-ing), as follows;

I noticed "sticky" is placed as one of the selectable term, except in wiki. For now this may suffice but concerns may arise when everyone wants his/her post sticky, maging sticky lahat, same old issue will come back. Pwede na rin segurong gawing check field ang sticky. I don't know if post moderation can be done here to queue the sticky-ied post to a moderator, but then the moderator will have his hands full, mahirap na, voluntary lang naman 'to. Kung 'di naman i-moderate, we all will have to be responsible enough to sticky or not our own posts. Another way might be to add a most popular block, but posts will have to be long-threaded to make it to the top.
