I know we're all busy, but who wants to get together and chat about drupal (besides myself)?
Maybe we can choose a night of the week and try to do this a bit more often? Monday and Wednesday evenings are tough for me until mid-May.
topic ideas:
- drupal 7
- drupalcon - Chicago just happened and I attended. And next March, DrupalCon will be coming to Denver!
- DrupalCamp CO - is at the Auroria campus again this June 11/12 (I'll also be attending)
- distributions/install profiles
- finding drupal work/workers - is anyone looking for drupal-related work? or drupal help?
- anything else?
please add your ideas for topics, dates and/or venues!

April Meeting
Yeah, I'd like to see it get back on track, even if we just get together informally and share ideas for an hour or two.
Thursdays are the best night for me. Should we just go ahead and make a time and place? I'll start by volunteering my office at 1911 Main Ave #102 for Thursday April 7th at 5:30pm. Any other thoughts?

sounds good to me - does
sounds good to me - does anyone have long-standing conflicts with a meeting on the first Thursday of each month?
I'd like to meet
I'm interested in meeting again and Thursdays are OK generally.
Personal topics of recent interest:
Remoting views
Performance tuning - esp. for dev environment
Features/context/spaces - esp. in conjunction with OG
Hello, i'm a newbeeeeeee
Hi, ryan here. Suggested i join from the 9r tech guy. i would be interested in attending? i'm no drupal pro - just a below average user/admin. i would love to attend and thursday would work for me.
I've been busy
Yes, it's time for another meeting. I got on this morning to send out an email to solicit ideas and timing. I think I can make it on the 7th suggested by Larry. Do we have a volunteer for a presentation or should we go less formal? If we can have this set in the next couple of days, I will send out an event email.
Stuart
I'm in
Thursday the 7th will work for me too - thanks for the place Larry.
I'm interested in performance tuning as well and I don't really know how to create a development site but feel like I should if anyone has thought or tips?
Kory
dev sites, performance tuning & nooobs!
I'd be happy to talk about how I set up local dev sites, and my dev->staging->production workflow (using either svn or git, we're slowly transitioning).
I don't have much experience in performance tuning, but have been learning about it recently. So maybe an informal chat would be good.
I'd also like to welcome the newbie(s), and invite them to request any topics they might be curious about or struggling with.
Reminder of Meeting Tonight
1911 Main Ave #102 at 5:30pm
We're at the corner of 19th Street and Main. If you're familiar with this building you know it has a funny layout. If you go in the wrong door you won't be able to get where you want to go, so park on the 19th Street side and use the first entrance on the Main Avenue side.
We will just have an informal q&a session unless anyone has something special they would like to present. I will pick up some beer if anyone would like to pick up some snacks or soda or maybe more beer.
See you then.
