lets not get into vicious circle of forking more and more groups, If you/I wanna make useful contribution to drupal in india and drupal @ large, we gotta leverage the existing userbase :)

but for me google groups suits better for informal discussions..
so created one for rather frequent use... where people can discuss things quickly and informally.
whatever is really worthy for discussion will be posted here. :)

Drupal Camp India Outcome
one of the outcomes of lovely chit chats @ drupal camp india was to keep all drupal related content on drupal.org, We can use drupal.in to showcase drupal sites built in India and write case studies and sharing good one's with drupal.org site showcase.

Drupal related content should stay on Drupal.org. I however strongly suggest that its time now that Indian community creates its own strong footprint and come out as a force to recon. If you want to do that, build an Indian community on any site ( I can also get drupalindia.in put up very quickly with all features needed) and bring people in.
