A major problem - urgent help required

48 hours ago we had 2 things working that do not work now. And we must get them back to working.
1) My User, Jeremy, has all rights of the system currently. So do my other programmers. They have the right to change which users see which themes - at least they did have that ability. The one module that was installed was the development module, which we disabled again. Now we have no way to select which user sees which theme (this is an ability which our system must have).
2) At the same time, for some unknown reason, our menu stopped working within out theme. It will display when we place the menu in one block, but not in another. Both blocks however are visible through the page.tpl.php and enabled in the template.php. If someone could contact me directly (today) to help with this problem. I would appreciate it. I contacted 2 former co-workers and we resolved the problem after 4 hours total. For those in the future. It was a theme/block and enabled themes conflict. I do not know if anyone else has had these issues. But at least we are now back on target.
