Hey everybody!
Mark your calendars! We meet again on Thursday, Aug. 25th at 7pm till 9pm at Caroline Collective (4820 Caroline, Houston 77004)
Last meeting in July we talked about suggesting some topics to present at the meetings, those don't have to be a full hour, anything from 15min to 60min, and then we can all do a Q&A on those topics and share knowledge.
If any one has even minor issues, such as "How to use views" or "Here are some other add-on modules to views" (ie. jcarousel etc.), or any interesting CCK modules you came across lately, "How to use panels"... You see where I'm going with this.
We can also do some hands-on practice after the presentation, and all can get their "hands wet" practicing what was just presented.
Share your ideas and lets make a list.

On tonight's agenda we will have a presentation by our own HDUG Drupaler Kojo, presenting the topic "Mad Skillz: Become the Best in the World" (originally by Diana Dupuis, from Austin's Four Kitchens). Kojo will focus on how to evaluate your own skill levels.

A few of us will be leaving at 8:45 to go roller skating at Dairy Ashford Roller Rink. Anyone is welcome to join. It's adult skate night tonight, and they play all sorts of groovy music for us old farts. It's $6 with skates or $3 if you BYO.

Looks like I might be late if we dont finish our setups for our course for tomorrow a.m. So I apologize - hopefully we'll finish it up in time for me to get out of here and make it to the meet up!
