Great you are doing a Drupal 6 version!
What I would love to have in the Drupal 6 version is:
Possibility to manage a Prince 2 project with this tool, see for Prince2 model:

And I would love to manage more than one project with the tool, using a sort of portfolio-management.
I would love to have a timeline like: http://simile.mit.edu/timeline/examples/jfk/jfk.html for the projects using (www.drupal.org/project/timeline)
