The High Desert Drupal group meets every month. This local group is a nice place for people to learn and talk about Drupal, a world popular content management system (CMS). We also plan to talk about web development in general, covering all aspects from planning, design, development, and maintaining a web site. RSVP is not required and attendance is free. Tell all your friends!
What are we going to talk about?
How to plan a web site, gather requirements, and implement a site in Drupal. We are going to use Sam's post earlier this month as a starting point for the site we will be building.
This meeting is going to be very raw, no planning will be going into how the site will be built before hand. We'll define our requirements, and Drupal implementation at the meeting. Participation from attendees of the meeting will be encouraged as to what modules we should use, how the site will be organized, etc...
This should be a very good meeting and hopefully everyone will have the opportunity to contribute and learn. Hope to see you there.
Where are we meeting?
We are meeting in the McDonalds conference room at the Apple Valley McDonalds on the corner of Apple Valley Rd and Bear Valley Rd. The room seats up to 49 people and is free to use.
