Making Connections

Hi Twin Cities! I’m a new face in the local Drupal community, having just joined Gorton Studios as their new Project Manager. Gorton Studios is currently working on a bunch of interesting projects and it just so happens that these projects are landing at the same time. So, we are currently looking for both freelance Drupal Programmers and Designers, as well as folks that we can outright refer work to. We are looking for people that are experienced in their field, are great communicators, are flexible, have integrity, and of course a sense of humor. If you fit this bill or if you know of someone that would be a great fit and they want to be part of building great websites, please send references and a resume to me, Lynn Winter, at lynn@gortonstudios.com.

Still looking...

If anyone else out there is looking for work, we'd love to hear from you, especially experienced themers and/or developers. If you or someone you know might be interested, please pass along the word!

Are you still looking for people?

Hey -

Is Gorton Studios still looking for some freelance help? If so, I'll send over my resume and references.

Thanks,

Isaac

We are indeed still looking

On a related note - if there are any local Drupal shops out there accepting new projects, let us know. We're getting a lot of inquiries from the coasts and it would be great to have some of that stick to the local market. We wouldn't be charging finders-fees or anything like that - just attempting to match incoming inquiries to people who might be willing/interested to work on them. Most of these inquiries have short timelines (e.g. must be completed in 4-6 weeks) or budgets that we just can't accommodate with our existing commitments to other clients.

So - if you're looking for something to round out your workload, let us know the kinds of things you're interested in working in. We'd be happy to refer some of this work into our local community!
