I seen this posted on twitter. http://2011.doitwithdrupal.com/ I'm not sure if it's a conference that's been around for awhile but seems pretty cool.

"DIWD" (pronounced as dude if you feel like it) has been around for about 3 years, 2 events so far, I think. It's a great event both in terms of sessions and the opportunity to meet folks. They take the videos from the sessions and put it on http://drupalize.me so you can view the sessions even if you aren't there.
