How to bind Users in Drop down in Add Content, Add Article

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Dear All,

I need to display all users in Drop Down menu in Add Content, Add Article when i select a menu. how can display all users in Add Content, Add Article?
