How do Drupal4Gov members outside the United States feel about (what seem like) generic Washington DC Drupal meeting notices being posted to this group? Let me put it another way, would Drupal4Gov members in the US be happy if I posted notices about Wellington or Canberra Drupal meetups? If everyone did that?
If there's a definite government flavour to the meetup, then sure. Otherwise, to my mind, it's inconsiderate and I would appreciate you thinking twice before doing it.
Cheers

I haven't noticed any
I post the Drupal4Gov events here, but if the time worked and we were webinaring it, anyone associated with a govt agency anywhere would be welcome to attend.
I haven't noticed DC Drupal meet ups being posted here.
Just a minor kind of drupal geeky girl and for the US government no less!
cool :)
As long as you're not just thoughtlessly posting it, that's alright by me. Maybe you should explicitly extend the invitation to those outside DC in the ways you mentioned, though. That would come across as more inclusive :)
Explicitly?
We don't explicitly exclude anyone, so why assume you aren't invited?
If you're unsure, you can always open the eventbrite link and check it out. We don't always have webinars associated with the events, but if you're in the States and in DC when we are having an event, you'd be welcome to join that as well.
