Don't laugh at my Photoshop skills, I'm a developer for a reason :) If I had my way we would be doing this military movie style using cups and rocks in the dirt to outline the guard towers, projector locations, food, etc.

Sorry we forgot to bring up your amazing floorplan during the call last night - I think we were all stunned by your talents. Although, doing it with sticks and dirt sounds pretty cool as well...
Anyway, the plan looks fine with me - is it safe to assume MindComet has all the tables we need?

Mindcomet has all the tables we'll need so I'll have them setup for Friday night.
Additional projector
The final word from Bonnier is that because it is not an official Bonnier event that they're unwilling to loan projectors.
That said, Sway has offered to let us use his one, he'll bring it first Saturday morning for us to set up.
